Dirty bathrooms /toilets My room lock broke
I would not recommend this hotel taxi driver or driver knew where to pick us up or drop us , location not good. Dirty bathroom , DVD player broken , lock on door broken , the hotel says they would have s car to pick us up from airport or didn't arrive. I would never stay here again

Gorgeous accommodation!
Situated on the outskirts of Seminyak but such stunning facilities! The staff were lovely- breakfast wasn't the best but sufficient!

great for relaxing..
We stayed in villa Lily. It was private with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Can be little bit warm inside as the hut roof is really up high and doesn't keep the room very cool.Having a pool was also great and great to kick back in outdoor area.we had a scooter hired through the hotel ($6 a day) so it was easy to get around and kuta, legian are only 10 min ride. But if you don't plan on having a scooter it will be hard to get around as its not really close to anything to walk and in Bali traffic a car will take ages.So I would only suggest to stay in this villa if you intend to make the most of the private pool and just relax.. The breakfast doesn't really offer variety. Can order eggs and toast, porridge or Indonesian. Due to the location I wouldn't come back to this hotel unless I intended to just stay in the villa.

This hotel was by far the worst I've ever stayed at its not even in Seminyak its in the middle Of nowhere you can't even get a beer at this hotel the food is beyond disgusting do not stay here u can't even get a taxi !!

Disappointed
Advertised as having a restaurant open for lunch and dinner, this was not true. The breakfast was fair yet disappointing. Rather dirty, even for Bali standards.

Utterly dreadful. AVOID.
Two words can be used to describe the Kyriad Hotel and Villas Seminyak – appallingly dreadful! Or, utterly disgusting. This appalling establishment is not in Seminyak; it is in Kerobokan. They advertise themselves as located in Seminyak when they are nowhere near. It’s obvious why – it’s in a back street a long way from anywhere you would want to be. The ‘villa’ we booked 3 months in advance was not ready the day we arrived. After a day trip to Ubud, we proceeded to the new villa. We found a building that would barely make 1 star as opposed to the 4 this hotel claims. The aircon did not function properly. The window frames were rotten so the aircon was struggling against the hot air coming in through windows and doors that did not seal. Also coming in were squadrons of mosquitos. The villa was filthy. Dust everywhere and cockroaches scurrying for shelter when we entered. The bathroom was equally filthy and the shower head was so blocked it didn't work. The bathroom blinds didn't work so no privacy either. The cooking utensils were covered in gecko and cockroach poo. The coffee cups were filthy and the kitchen sink appeared to have been recovered from a junkyard! Breakfast was included in our 'package' but was so pathetic, nothing further need be said. Sadly, the manager was very familiar with our complaints. There is so much to say but insufficient room to say it here. If you are considering staying at this hotel - DON'T! Avoid this hotel.

Nice location and a nice group of villas. They are getting a bit long in the tooth but we were upgraded from a 2 bdrm to the 4 bedroom. Fabulous villa, tonns of space. Hotel is actually in Kerobrokan not Seminyak.

Comfortable villa with great price and location
Located in Kerobokan, besides lush rice paddies and quiet Balinese houses, lies Kyriad. The villa houses spacious air-conditioned rooms that keep the night heat at bay. my room was equipped with by-far the most comfortable double bed I've ever slept in. Kerobokan is a great location, just a stone's throw from Seminyak and, dare I say it, Kuta, and the road to Ubud is only a few minutes away. I will certainly stay here next time I'm in Bali. I had a great experience, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Nice pool, shame about the food.
The place is beginning to look a little worse for wear but still presentable. The staff are lovely, if a little confusing. I was emailed that transfers were extra but on arrival it was apart of the cost but then on departure it was an extra again. I very much loved our little villa and private pool. The wifi was extremely poor and the pool filters kept stopping. As I had to have a good connection for work I did have to push for a resolution and they eventually put a router in our room and fixed the pool on the second attempt. The dinners were very poor and not up to standard - we didn't eat dinner there again. The complimentary breakfast was slightly better but someone needs to show them how to cook an American breakfast properly, with a decent amount of food. However my partner enjoyed the Indonesian noodles at breakfast but I stuck to my one pancake - asked for butter instead of the 'honey jam' as it wasn't really honey. No tea on offer and the small glass of orange juice was more like a cordial. The room had no information about the facilities or anything about the local area. On our last day we found an excellent restaurant back on the main road to the left called Delicioso Bistro & Restaurant. Fantastic food. While there were disappointments, it was cheap and the privacy was a real plus.

Awesome place
Overall a great place. Staff picked me up at midnight from the airport. They were always helpful. The room was very nice, definitely a four star standard. Its in a quiet area so good for relaxing, and only a 20min taxi ride to Kuta shops and beach. There are local shops, atms and places to eat around the corner, about 2 mins walk.

Feels like I'm home, But Bali Style.
I booked myself a Standard room, which I was very impressed with. Clean with a Big Comfy Bed, but if your on the ground floor you do hear your neighbours up above you. Next time I'll Book myself a Villa with my own pool. staff are friendly. Gardens are very well maintained and you do feel like your at home, But Bali style. Very seclusive place with tradition and quietness.

A very bad experience
When we asked the staff questions about tour packages/transport/local food, they always ignored our questions or changed the topic. I think that it is because of their poor command of english, and that made our communications very difficult.

Quiet location and pleasant staff
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found the staff courteous and the location quieter than previous stays (Kuta). The pool was great and the setting gardens etc; - wonderful-I recommend this hotel to a family or for those who want peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday get away.

I enjoyed my stay there. This is the second time I have been to this hotel. However I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. Also the room need to be a lot cleaner than it was. There was a lot of dust and also ants in the bathroom. However the staff were friendly.

Luxury home for a week
My daughter and I stayed at Villa Victitria for a week last week and loved it! The only negatives were that the bar at the villas was closed, the bathroom really needed a good scrub and the breakfast got a bit boring. If you overlook these things and want a comfortable air conditioned luxury room then go here. We stayed in villa Lily and loved the private pool and outdoor pool cabana. If you want a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta or Legian then this place is well worth the extra travel each day ( approx $7 NZ) to main shopping areas and if you book the free shuttle to Seminyak the night before even cheaper.

if you want peace and quiet and a place to escape...this is it. very remote...walk to nothing. more old world..charming/romantic...no place for single travelers unless you really want to be left alone.

l'état des villas laisse franchement à désirer, des meubles cassés dont les portes vous restent dans les mains, des interieurs de meubles gondolés par l'humidité... des wc pret de la piscine commune dans un mauvais état de propreté en fin de journée. aucun service sur place ou presque.

Dobry wybór dla chcących zwiedzać .
Dobry hotel dla osób chcących zwiedzać wyspę. Ze względu na lokalizację , trochę na uboczu konieczne jest wynajęcie skutera. Pokoje duże czyste , codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki. Do dyspozycji gości w pokoju czajnik herbata, codziennie butelka wody , szampon i mydło. W pokoju i najbliższej okolicy dostępne wifi. Mieliśmy wykupione śniadania ( najsmaczniejsza wersja orientalna) reszta dość skromnie. Do dyspozycji gości hotelu basen.

四つ星なのかは不思議
ホテルはかなり古めですが綺麗にされてます。 バンガローとヴィラと2部屋とりましたが、バンガローは階段3階登った更に上。 部屋は広々冷房もそろなりに効いている。 ドアの開閉はかなり歪んでて、一苦労する。 シャワーは片方の部屋の水圧弱い。 キッチンにはフライパン、片手鍋 ２つともかなり年期が入っていて、使うのを躊躇してしまう。 調味料等は何もない。 ヴィラは 冷房弱め。 プライベートプールがあるので、家族みんなで入って楽しめた。 朝食はナシゴレン、ミーゴレン、ソーセージパンセットなどセレクト。 味量普通。 バイキングではない。 飲み物の種類は コーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳、水 全体的に朝食は質素に見えた。 周りには何もない。 車やバイクがないと移動等はキツイと思う。 値段を考えると満足。 四つ星と聞くと ⁇どこが⁇ っと思ってしまうホテル。

Kyriad villa's
This hotel could be better if it was better maintained and the hotel staff followed a few English classes. The bed is very good, the room could have been cleaner. The location is remote, so you basically need a taxi for everything but we knew and loved the tranquility of the place.

水明漾真的很好的酒店
真的体验很好的一个酒店，位置有点点偏僻，但是挨着冲浪胜地的水明漾海滩～酒店卫生和环境都是一流棒，就是设施差了一点点，没有拖鞋～不过总体来说性价比超高，这个价格住别墅真的是别墅噢～真是太太太值了

Rustig hotel
Villa Victoria heeft nette, ruime kamers. De kamer was schoon en had een goed bed. Het ontbijt was eenzijdig. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar was de Engelse taal niet goed machtig. Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer waar mieren rondliepen, dit hebben we direct gemeld bij de frontdesk en zij hebben dit heel adequaat opgelost. Wij kregen een keurige, schone kamer ter vervanging.
