Bad communication
Nice camping place, but lack of communication left overall bad impression. I was asked to rebook the stay and was promised by email and during our stay to be refunded the price difference. I never received refund from the managers, even though I have written several emails after our stay. Seems like highly overpriced place for a tent with ants inside and not 100% clean bedding. There were no lighting outside or inside our tent, so was not very cozy later in the evening. On the other hand it is nice location - next to streamy river, very instagramable tents and fire place.

We arrived to a stary night, but the morning Views trumped that. Surrounded by rolling mountains in all directions, and we could hear the river from our beds
They just upgraded many of the tents, so ask for one of those cabins, they are roomier and much nicer than the pics we saw online.
Staff was very sweet, gave us a bundle of wood, and hot showers were a nice addition to the camping adventure 😜

The campsite provided the experience of camping without the extra work of having to build your own tent and exert too much effort in making your sleeping area as comfortable as you like it because it was already prepared for you to sleep and rest as much as you like :) The toilets and showers can do better but they were pretty functional. Thumbs up!

I was SUPPOSED to stay at this property, but because management would not answer my calls or texts, never got back to me, never told me which tent I was to stay in, no one was even THERE to assist me or answer my calls or texts or anything! And, I’m trying to get a refund for this horrible experience and no one will even answer my emails or calls! I was forced to spend more money for a hotel at the very last minute. What a sorry excuse for a business.
