「Shower was awful, the shower head was broken and no hot water for a shower」

「Good」

「The room was clean, well laid out and spacious. The hotel was clean. Pool and hot tub clean. Nice place to stay!」

「Hotelrun down.」

「The location is a bit away from the town center, but the two level outdoor onsen is amazing. We experienced an issue about the air-conditioners; luckily, with the help of Takeshima san who is proactive and understanding, it’s solved.」

「The casino restaurant was surprisingly delicious. Disappointed the Steakhouse was closed. The only thing was the safe in the room did not work. Overall, nice place to stay.」

「早餐選擇性少」

「We stayed at the hotel and booked a room the same day as a family member. We were given a smaller room than she was despite paying a higher price, The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre despite being advertised as a full breakfast. It took a while to get someone’s attention because we had questions at check out and she was very rude and not interested in customer service at all,」

「The first impression of the Hotel isn’t good compared to the pictures online. There were people smoking outside of the door as we were checking in even though there was a sign posted. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Rooms are very outdated though they are in need of some TLC. I could not get a receipt on checkout either because their system was down. Still have not received my receipt.」

「Friendly & welcoming staff! Super clean & comfy room. I booked a queen room but upon arriving, I was upgraded free of charge to a queen kitchenette suite and it was beautiful!! I had let the manager know that the pull on the bathtub/shower spout wasn’t working and he was very thankful & appreciative that I had let him know. Super nice fella! Will most definitely stay here again!」
