「We expected a beautiful spa like boutique experience and we were disappointed. The place sure is beautiful and the room looked amazing but there were some red flags. The spa was closed. Staff was not really helpful. The bathroom had a strange smell. The place is far from the main Bursa attractions so you will need a car. 「Odanin kendisi temizdi ancak tuvaletlerde lekeler vardi. Sabah saat 10’da kahvaltiya ciktigimizda 2-3 parca bir sey kalmisti ve calisan kadina sordugumuzda “3 kere yenilendi bitti” dedi. Halbuki otel misafirleri olarak 10.30’a kadar kahvalti hakkimiz oldugu soylenmisti. Kisacasi bir daha tercih edecegim bir yer degil, cevresine de cok nezih denemez ama butce sikintisi olanlar icin kalinmayacak bir yer de degil. Fiyat/performans olarak 3.5 veriyorum.」

「The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all. 」
