「The staff was amazing, we arrived at 1:30 am on Thursday the 24th. The gentleman working at the check-in desk was so nice and very helpful. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall but the room and bed was nice. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast and a wonderful staff! Becky Workman 」

「It was clean, safe and quiet. The rooms were spacious. Came with microwave, coffee pot, etc. The lady in the office was very helpful and accommadating. Definitely a place to check out when visiting.」

「I had stayed here years earlier. At that time there was a tiki bar attendant. Tiki bar was not operating this time. I found the brick pathways to be uneven to walk on. Had to be careful—balance not as good as it used to be. Our room was perfect. Pool was nice. I would stay again. Restaurants are close by. 」

「I stayed at this hotel for the 1st time, since I love thd Guitare hotel and all the area around it. Very friendly and hospital staff. Clean facilities, roof top pool and restaurant with night parties near the pool. They also offer a free shuttle to Hard Rock Hotel every 30 minutes. I loved our staying there very much and will recommend this hotel without no doubts. 」

「The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed....

「Awesome little place. Don't expect big chain hotel equivalent. But thats what I liked about it. Okd fashioned but moderned enough. Thenpool area is very home vibe. Will for sure make this a normal spot. 」
