"I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. "Small room, wasnt cleaned well on the following morning of our stay. Spa was ok....again nothing special. Charged £10 a day to park on top of paying to stay. Breakfast was luke warm ate out the following day. Overall we thought it had the price tag of a high end hotel with the feel of a travel lodge. Staff were friendly. Won't be going back better for your money elsewhere. "
