「We stayed here during Prelude time and had the pleasure of being served by Carmen and her wonderful team. Our room was meticulously clean, and the Inn offered such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional—from breakfast to the thoughtfully provided wine and snack options. 「Let me begin by stating this is a beautiful bed and breakfast, that said it may not be your best option January through March. What no one will tell you, including their website, is you may be the only guest, and there are no other actual humans on site with you, just a phone number. We ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to start the gas fireplace pilot light, with limited direction, as well as where the TV is (hidden behind a mirror) and how to work. 「Awesome place to stay」

「My husband and I (and our dog) had a lovely three night stay. The hosts Amelia and Ron were so welcoming, and made us delicious breakfasts. They filled us in on the history of the Inn and the neighboring area. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and we enjoyed the hot cocoa and soft drinks that were always available. Just the post-Christmas getaway we needed. 」

「Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this...
