I try to avoid leaving negative reviews. But this stay needs to be addressed…everything was awful. To start off, I called days in advance and asked to confirm that check-in was at 12:30pm. Upon arrival at 12:30pm, I was told that check-in wasn’t until 3pm and maybe my room would be ready by 3pm. It was finally ready at 2pm. In the meantime, I ordered tea at 1pm; and it wasn’t even ready until 2pm, brought to the room when I no longer wanted it. The room was not the cleanest, there were only 4 channels on TV, no availability of casting to the tv, and tons of loud sounds both above and outside the room. Above the room sounded like someone slamming a chair on the floor repeatedly, and outside sounded like a loud argument. I had to leave early, and paid for the tea upon leaving, but two days later received a message on WhatsApp from the hotel saying there was an outstanding balance for the tea. The person who messaged me tried to argue saying I didn’t pay for the tea, but finally accepted that I had already paid for the tea in cash. Awful experience. Do not recommend due to false advertisement of check-in time, poor customer service, slow restaurant service, unclean rooms, loud noises, false advertisement of ample tv options, and finally, the pictures make the hotel look much nicer than it actually is.
