「 This really nice hotel decided to have dorms for smaller budget. What is really great is that you can enjoy the pool, gym and breakfast. Dorm is clean and spacious. 2 showers and 2 toilets for women. I started with 2 days but decided to stay for 5」

「我們這次預訂了豪華開房式房間連露台，怎料一去到check in職員說我們的balcony 給封了，原因是旁邊要起樓！ 起初我們都不想小事化大，於是照入住了那間給封了露台的房。入到房，聞到一陣陣霉味，房間比我想像中細，背包放在枱上後便沒有多餘位吃飯，要用洗手盆的枱站著吃！ 還有， 露台給磚頭牆封了，根本就是一間密室！ 起初我跟職員說想換房，但立刻被他們拒絕了，亦沒有退回任何費用 （ 因為房間已變成沒露台沒窗的密室，所以房租理應更平）, 最後他們都是沒有退錢的。 最令我生氣的是，夜晚我洗澡後在床上休息，頭髮還未乾透，便睡著了，第二天醒來發現枕頭袋有發霉的污漬！！ 很嘔心，我想是因為枕頭袋不乾淨，濕水後房間冷氣不夠，於是變發霉了！！！ 我馬上退房，酒店職員檢查房間後說是我把枕頭袋弄污了，要我賠錢！！！ 我怒氣沖天到極點！！！！！」
