"The free buffet was really gross. The food was what I imagine prison food quality to be. So we definitely wouldn't factor that "amenity" into our budget for visit again. The pool was really a nice treat - but plan for literally nowhere to sit - there are 8 chairs at two tables, no chaise lounges. I was pretty grossed out that the elevator buttons weren't cleaned the entire time we were there - it was clear the same exact finger smudges were there and it makes you wonder when exactly the last time they cleaned or sanitized those commonly touched areas were. Our room wasn't gross though - so that's why I give it a fair rating overall. We will come back because it was centrally located and the room itself was okay. But yeah that breakfast/cocktail area feels like a prison cafeteria - gross food, not clean, terrible lighting I assume is meant to hide the lack of regular cleaning. Also expected to bus your own table. I've stayed in Embassy Suites since childhood - this isn't the standard I'd come to expect. The one by the airport is worlds better - just far away. In fact, we probably won't stay there again - the pool isn't enough of a reason and other hotels in the area have hotels. But if the price was about $50 less per night - that would match the vibe/quality."

"Parking couldn't be changing for staying at the hotel and are changing it for each day was not happy about and you don't know about it until you get to the hotel not very good at all "

"I’ve been to this hotel multiple times and it is a decent hotel for price. Location is adjacent to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel is quite unique with a large interior that has gardenscapes and koi ponds throughout. Walk ways allow you to meander through checking out fish and a variety of plants. Dining: The restaurant could use a little more work in decor and layout, but the service there is always good. My last meal had way too much MSG, which I have a reaction to. Wish places stopped using MSG. Regular salt and spices are preferred by most folks. The Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and the layout is set up with separate lounging and sleeping area. The beds could be a bit better quality. You can definitely feel springs and the room felt dusty this time. Anytime I am on the airport side of this hotel, I never sleep, which is a bummer. There is always a looming humming noise on that side. The shower setup is confusing and I could not get my spigot on to run a bath. The drain did not drain properly so when I took a shower water pooled up to past my ankles and after I shut off the water is drained very slowly. Shuttle: The airport shuttle to and from the hotel is a plus. Runs every 20 minutes to and from hotel during peak times and pick up at airport is at Island 2. For early morning and late night shuttle request at the desk. Front desk: Check in and out is always efficient and the staff are very accommodating."
