We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.
First impressions are so important, especially when you’re checking in after a long trip. However, the front desk staff didn’t greet us with a smile or a warm welcome, which set a disappointing tone from the start.
During our stay, the hot tub was under maintenance, which was a letdown since we were looking forward to relaxing. To make matters worse, the pool water was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy that facility as well.
Breakfast, though convenient, was exactly the same every single day. After the first morning, it became repetitive and uninspired — we would have appreciated more variety or even a rotating menu.
Overall, while the hotel had potential, the lack of hospitality, limited amenities, and lackluster breakfast left us feeling underwhelmed. I hope the management considers improvements in these areas for future guests.
