"Rooms are clean and staff are great in attending to inquiries. Laundry area is not the greatest as it seemed the dryers aren’t able to uphold to the multiple loads so clothes were in the dryer for a long time, including small loads breakfast buffet was good, as we went there multiple times during our stay. "

"Standard room for 2 is a little small but expected in Tokyo. Overall, great staff and clean. Perfect location, just at the outskirts of all the noise and bustle of Shibuya but close enough for quick access to everything. "

"The breakfast had so many options that I ate something different each day. Direct access to the 7-11 (basement) was fantastic when an international guest is off schedule due to jet lag and needs food at random times. Lovely room and comfortable. Best thing? The wet room shower/bath combo!"
