「I paid through Expedia. However, Expedia said that they did not receive the payment, and the hotel also asked me to pay for the accommodation. I paid twice. I am very dissatisfied.」

「The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience.」

「Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase. I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer.」
