「Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order.」

We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. 「Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.」

「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...
