「Always good staff are great !」

「We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful place. Our room was cleaned twice, and the staff even left cute notes on the bed made from bamboo sticks — such a sweet touch! The restaurant served great dinners, and the Lombok curry was the best dish we had in all of Indonesia. The dessert was below average, but everything else was wonderful. The open shower design can attract a few insects, but room service responded quickly and solved the issue. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The beach...

「Great resort, quiet, clean and romantic. Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. Bed is comfy, with good in room facilities including fridge, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Lots of lounging options around gardens and pool. Stunning scenery.」

「Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.」

「Graha Beach是一家看起来有些年头的酒店了，房间的设施不算很新，整体来说算是个缺陷。 不过，Graha Beach所在的位置算是闹中取静，走路到Senggigi中心地带大概5分钟，周围很多的换汇点和预定tour的地方，很方便。」

「After reading the great reviews about Amber we were still expecting to be mildly disappointed. This was definitely not the case! Food was incredible, rooms were awesome, and staff were so friendly they made you feel like family. It’s not a 5 star hotel chain experience, but that’s not what you go to Lombok for. If you love the beach, salt water, and lazing by a pool at a resort with a stylish / rustic beach design you’ll love Amber. 」
