"Lovely hotel. We received a complimentary room upgrade and a surprise bottle of fizz for my birthday. The location was great. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was comfortable a clean with great views. It felt really cosy, especially when wet and cold outside. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh and different food choices. We really loved this hotel and will return. We did have a bad experience with incredibly rude staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel. This was in stark contrast to the professional and friendly service from the hotel staff. So the hotel is fabulous but I would avoid the Italian restaurant. "

"The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and we had a good night. There were some small things that needed attention like the shower not working properly or being able to get the conditioner out but that may have been easily solved. We didn't stay for long enough to discuss with anyone. I've stayed at Radisson Blu before and would definitely recommend it."

"Super friendly staff who really went the extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was clean and spacious and we were given a canal view as I had mentioned it was my partners birthday when I booked. When we entered our room the staff had left a personalised birthday card which was a very kind gesture. We enjoyed the cafe, shop, restaurant and especially the victory bar which had the most gorgeousness sunset view. We had the best stay and hope to return again soon."
