「No phone, no internet, restourent menu only half available food was good」

「The rooms are clean but small. Haven't provided shampoo or soap unless asked.」

「The staffs were really helpful」

「Incredibile location! Luxury stay- pricier during peak season」

「Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful」

「I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... Breakfast and lunch weren't available at the hotel as...

「Clean room, Great Food and Great service」

「兄弟都很親切幫助。代訂機票服務很好。」

「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

「Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. 」

「Clean room Towels Smell」

「It need some repairs but it was ok」

「The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage.」

「Chambre très ordinaire bien situé mais assez difficile à trouver Proche du fort mais sans plus.Demander un cafe a 8 heures am et me répondre qu’il est trop tôt .Sure que l’ont trouve mieux ailleurs pour le même prix」

「We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful family run haveli. We were warmly welcomed by the family/ staff upon arrival. The room was comfortable and air conditioned with private bathroom with shower. The property is beautiful and peaceful despite being in the midst of Old Town. We loved the rooftop restaurant with an incredible view that made us feel like we were right under the Mehrangarh Fort. The hotel is in a central location and is several minutes walk to Ghanta Ghar and the Blue...

「Super friendly & helpful staff -- and excellent food! Good location with non-touristy little stores nearby.」
