「Management is wonderful. When my texi cannot go to the hotel gate because of the narrow road and traffic. I called the hotel and was picked up by hotel's autobikes. Also the hotel is famous for its reputation and every Tuktuk car drivers know this hotel. If you want to take a walk, it's 15 minutes walking distance to the Mehrangarh Fort from the hotel.」

「The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. 「Fabulous but outside the back entrance to the historic building was disgusting. Hotel should clean it up if they show guests that’s the fastest way up. Otherwise no complaints. Interesting busy area 」

「The staff was very courteous and friendly. Breakfast was good. However, this hotel was in the old city of Jodhpur and the surroundings was very raw. Hotel has a very old building and we felt lack of proper ventilation during the stay. Certainly not worth the price, would not do it again. 」

「Le seul problème est que nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'hôtel réservé au départ, le "Juna Mahal". En effet, le cuisinier de cet hôtel étant en congé, le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible. On nous a donc transférés vers un autre hôtel : le "Raj Mandir" afin de bénéficier de la prestation petit déjeuner. J'avais réservé le premier hôtel une chambre avec vue sur le fort, pour le deuxième hôtel nous avions une chambre avec vue sur une étroite ruelle... Il aurait été appréciable de nous...

「Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
