General manager of the hotel personaly talked to me, understood my concern and not just apologized but rightly compensated with food and royal tour of the palace. 「Modern hotel, clean bathrooms, great overall. Food was good. Only downside if it matter to you, there is no elevator to get you up to the rooms and the reception that are one floor up from the street. We did not care about that and had a great stay.」
