"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."

"Great Location easy access to tourist spots for Shibuya and Shinjuku. We had a higher floor which had a great view. The hotel was a little outdated like the bathroom area. The buffet was good food but I think it should have more variety for food choices."

BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."
