"This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station, which made getting around very easy. The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."

"Great Location easy access to tourist spots for Shibuya and Shinjuku. We had a higher floor which had a great view. The hotel was a little outdated like the bathroom area. The buffet was good food but I think it should have more variety for food choices."

"Location is ideal. Two minutes walk to Shinjuku station and yet really quiet. Rooms are clean. Nice coffee provisions. Front desk staff provided good service. Knock is the lack of a gym on premise. "

"Conveniently located 5min away from the nearest subway station with lots of restaurants and 24/7 convenience stores around, including one in the basement of the hotel. BEAUTIFUL room, very clean and included all amenities. Very polite staff that spoke English. Airport shuttle located a few streets away, but still quite near. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back."
