"5 unique private onsens for those with tattoos they were busy but a short wait and you were able to use any of them and late at night they were all available. A kaiseki dinner which I had never experienced was amazing! Staff were so friendly and we even got free Japanese attire provided by the hotel. A truly outstanding place to stay."

"This property does take some effort to get to. But the stay was pleasant. Buffet was delicious and onsen baths were amazing. The ryokan experience is very interesting and comfortable for us. Staff were very helpful. One thing to mention is it is not very tattoo-friendly. They politely ask you to cover tattoos in common areas, including restaurants."

"Beautiful ryokan recently remodeled. Wonderful staff. Delicious food. A bit off the beaten path but being out of the main city offers a very relaxing environment. If you have the Go app and don’t mind paying for taxis, then the location is not an issue. Very pleasant experience overall. "

"Beautiful hotel… had breakfast included, which was very yummy. Hotel at the top of the hill z..quick walk to the town, but the walk back is a killer! There is a shuttle but it’s only drops. And picks up at the train station."

"I absolutely loved this ryokan. The pictures online do not do it justice; the property is even better in person. The staff were very welcoming. The meals were amazing. The property was bigger than I thought it would be. The setting was peaceful. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only recommendation is that the shuttle from the train station should have a sign with the name of the property. "

"Property was great. We specifically chose this for its Onsen, so we did not get the chance to walk around the town. But location is very convenient, only 5 minutes from the train station and shopping is close by. Highly recommend, staff super friendly, food was delicious"

The breakfast was nothing that we expected. It was awesome!! When staying here, you must eat breakfast here. Not an american style breakfast!
