"Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet area within a short walk to train station. The stairs are very steep making it difficult to carry luggage. The owner is very responsive and close by if assistance is required. The kitchen is well equipped however no tea or any condiments is provided. Good option for families or small groups "

"料金の安さから期待していなかったですが、思ってた以上に清潔でちゃんとしていました。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていたので掃除機（施設に置いてある）だけかけました。なかなか施設管理の方と連絡が取れずチェックイン前に荷物を置きたくても返事が返ってこず置くことはできませんでした。必要と感じたものは洗剤、スリッパ（トイレ用）、お風呂の椅子、キッチンペーパーくらいであとはとても充実していました。駅から徒歩5分かからないのですごく便利で周りには飲食店もたくさんあり、うちは酔っ払いの声などは全然気になりませんでした。洗濯機もきれいで次亜塩素酸の消毒を持っていきましたがそのまま使えそうなくらい綺麗でした。駐車場は狭いたので大型車は止められず近くのコインパーキングにとめました。全体を通してまた次も同じところで良いかなというくらい良かったです。"

"＜良かった点＞・安い！コスパいい！・すぐ隣に安くていつも空いてる駐車場あり（レンタカー利用の場合、めっちゃ良い！）・大きいサイズのベッドが4つあり、部屋も分けられていてよかったです。＜悪かった点＞・ゴキブリ出現！・線路と近く、電車が通るたびに、うるさい且つ建物が揺れる・トイレの水圧が強く、流すときに水が飛ぶ・階段の角度？が急すぎる、且つ、わけわからない滑り台？？？子供は転んで怪我しそうな、、、・周辺の治安が悪い（チンピラグループとかホームレスグループとかが多く、車がないと、外歩くのは怖すぎる）"
