「地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。 酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。 酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。 但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。」

「Everything was perfect, prime location, friendly staff, comfortable bed & pillow, lovely breakfast. I have a good time there.」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」
