"The hotel was great. I had a room on the 13th floor where I had a great view but there was a very loud noise that looped at night. Loud enough that ear plugs didn’t work. It looped every evening for the entire stay and while not the fault of the hotel I would have liked to be notified there was external noise in my booking"

"Room was clean, but cramped because of the 3 beds (typical for Japan). The Bathroom, however, was nice and spacious. The Welcome Lounge is a treat with the snacks and good drinks. Breakfast was amazing! So many options and a lot of them were fresh. I specially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were helpful. The shuttle service to the Disney parks was so convenient. Then there’s the location. There’s a mall and train station just across the street. You can use the hotel walkway on the second floor to cross. And, let’s not forget the 24-hr Lawson store in the building. It’s great for when you get hungry in the middle of the night and the restaurants are already closed. "

"We stay 2 days to explore. Narita Tobu was great. The only downside I would say is that they charge for the pool."

"Incredibly well maintained. The view in the executive lounge of the Tokyo tower is unbeatable. I loved having an onsite Watson. Beds were amazing too. I only wish they allowed kids in the pool and no restricted hours in the lounge for them"

"Great hotel, very helpful staff and awesome location. The only very minor issue I had was that the room was slightly dated, specially the bathroom. But the convenience, attentive staff, and proximity to Shinjuku station more than made up for it."
