リノベーションしていて外観や中もかわいかったです。インスタ映えしそうな感じです。 でも、中は本当に古いままで、お部屋も匂いがありました。体も痒いような気がしてなかなかねれませんでした。 夜着いて出ていないので、周辺の事は分かりません。 近くに安いパーキングがあるのを教えてもらえたのは良かったです。

繁忙期の料金的には◎だが・・・

共用場所が暗くて、陰気。テレビ室はとても入る気分にならなかった。壁紙や照明を明るいものにして欲しい。 共用台所も暗くて陰気なためか、清潔感に乏しい。 明るい感じのシステムキッチンの導入を期待します。 夏の繁忙期にこの料金なので、致し方ないといえばその通りですが。 意外にも「私の必須３要件」Wifi、エアコン、シャワートイレが揃っていたので、この点は嬉しかったです。
