「Our stay here was very restful. The staff is available 24/7 yo answer any questions and attend to your needs. The rooms are clean and well appointed. AC works well, very important during a Paris summer heat wave. The location is great, along a quiet residential street in the 17th arrondisment, with 3 metro stations within walking distance. Convenience stores close by. Would definitely recommend.」

「Fantastic room, beautifully decorated. Very friendly staff! We will be seeing you again!」

「The service is excellent, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. However, the rooms are relatively small compared to other hotels I have stayed at within a similar price range and location. The hotel restaurant features live music performances at night, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, be sure to ask for a room that is not located above the restaurant.」

「I stayed for 5 nights and was deeply disappointed by the misleading advertising and poor management. 1. The "Invisible" Shower: The booking page promised a "Rainfall showerhead", but the room only had an open-concept tub with no curtain or glass. It’s impossible to shower/wash hair without flooding the floor. When I asked to switch to a room with a shower, the hotel demanded an extra €250/night. It is absurd to pay an extra €1,250 for a basic amenity that was supposedly included in my original...

「Amazing hotel, good location, very comfortable bed, nothing to complain.」

「Beautiful space, amazing and attentive staff, breakfast was delicious. The bartenders were engaging and made us feel welcomed. It was our first trip to a Paris and Urban Hive started us off on a great foot. Looking forward to staying again.」

「Fantastic staff and very clean property.」

「Clean and peaceful!」

「Lovely hotel located between 2 metro stops and several supermarkets around the corner. Friendly employees. Clean room & amazing air conditioner during such heatwave this week! Thoughtful design/decor as well, love the lighting. Can't ask more! Highly recommended.」

「Front desk women were rude at check in, (even for French standards) but the manager Bruce was extremely nice and made up for all of that. Property is clean and a cute small boutique hotel」

Pros: There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and a bakery next to it, it is close to the Metro and bus stops, the area is safe and quiet Cons: There is no refrigerator, the sink is small and the water from the faucet is inconsistent, the water pressure in the bathroom faucet on the fourth floor is not strong enough」

「Clean room, friendly staff with great services」
