"We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. "No Good Food"

"The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive. "

"When we went to book the hotel on your website the text inferred breakfast was included but it wasn’t. The small print detail did show breakfast was not included but we did not notice this detail. This is misleading. The Breakfast was in a different building a few hundred meters away. It was principally Moroccan with little options for international visitors, even missing basics like Toast and ordinary bread. The quality of the buffet was poor. The Fridge made a racket like a tractor which affected our quality of sleep. A maintenance person tried to help but could not fix it. We turned off the breaker for same, sacrificing the milk for our tea. There were NO international or English channels on the TV - no BBC, CNN nada. The staff were nice, the room was clean and the basics were ok but on the whole we’d never stay there again. We do not understand why you give it a 4.9 rating - there are far superior hotels nearby. "

"The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also saw him behave the same way around other guests. "
