「A fuir absolument. Nous avons pris soin de réserver en amont notre séjour avec hôtel.com nous sommes arrivée à Santorin à 23h et tenez vous bien on appelle l’hôtel pour dire que nous sommes arrivée et l’hôtel nous dit qu’il y’a aucune réservation pourtant j’ai bien été débité de l’hôtel…nous avons passé 4h au téléphone afin de trouver une solution avec hôtel.com ils ont rien voulu savoir ils ont été incapable de nous trouver une solution pourtant je leurs ai précisé que j’étais avec une femme...
