「My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! 「We had a wonderful week at San Nectar Luxury Villas as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 8 and 12). The villa was stylish, clean, and very comfortable — and the private pool was a big hit with both kids and adults. One of the highlights was the amazing view, especially the sunrise. 「We loved our room and the incredible views. The area is perfectly situated walking distance to Fia. The service was amazing! Such great and friendly service. The owner herself stopped by to check in on us. The ladies at the front desk super friendly and helpful, as was the bell boy. Breakfast each morning was definitely worth it!
