A quiet and clean park, been here a number of times and it always meets and sometimes exceeds expectations. The staff were so helpful when my booking was messed up. The Manager (I think), quickly upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost, 10/10.

Great cabin fully loaded for families

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Everything we needed for a family holiday. Fully equipped and clean, the cabin was bare with no art or colour, but it had all the amenities a family needs, with easy access to the pool and other facilities.

Unit is in urgent need of refurb. Pungent smell from the kitchen sink, dirty walls, rusted furniture, broken stove, broken electrical switches, shower recess has a dented hole in it, aircon makes a continuous clicking noise… linen and towels are very aged. absolutely overpriced for something that is not maintained. On a positive note- staff are very helpful!

Air conditioner in one bedroom needs servicing. Even when turned off, kept starting up and beeping. Saucepan with burnt bottom and miss matched lid on casserole dish. Not a single decent sharp knife. TV randomly started up during the night. Cleanliness excellent

Very nice staff, quiet park, parking at the front door, clean unit, comfy bed. The only thing was the old in-wall airconditioner that struggled to keep the unit cool between 2pm and 5-6pm when I was sweating even with the aircon on full and the overhead fan and upright fan going full time. Suggest replace them with split systems asap, otherwise, would recommend it totally.

Pros… Well located park Air con nice & cool. Good mattress on bed . Cons…. No remote for air con Smallest tv ever encountered in a room 20 inch max Blinds have large gaps on either side allowing view into room (compromised privacy/security) Ceiling fan filthy Hand soap empty No plug for sink/washing up All in all, very tired & overpriced for product but understand Pilbara pricing is rampant I have stayed at this park previously but standards appear to have gone downhill

Karratha has an ongoing shortage of rooms, hotels and rental properties. You need to books ahead for a reasonable room in town - and expect to pay the 'Pilbara Tax' on accommodation, meals and services based on the economic fundamental of supply and demand. This inflated pricing then ripples through the supply chain with higher pricing that then spiral upwards. So - almost $300 for one night in a very small, tired room that is half a donga. It was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower and air con worked. I have heard quieter tractors than the wall mounted air conditioner. You get enjoy hearing the comings and goings of the neighbors at all hours and their vehicles. Most of the workers start very early in the area - getting up at 5am to be onsite by 6 am or 7 am.

No aircon in one bedroom even though it states air conditioning, they did provide a fan after asking. Unit was dirty, floors filthy and falling apart, dirt and marks over walls, couch dirty, mould in shower, some TLC is definitely needed. Beds made nice and fridge clean at least. Pool was also nice.

Would not recommend! The state of the cabins is disgusting and owners should be embarrassed to charge $280 for these facilities. The property smelt like fish and waste matter. We made it known upon arrival but as it was a busy weekend there were no other options for my family. We had to get air freshener to try make it bearable. The downward spiral continued when the bedroom aircon was ridiculously loud and filthy, the couch was completely broken, the side of the oven was filled with bugs, dust and a sock. When it rained the following day the windows leaked and the overall cleanliness did not exist. We ended our stay a day early and missed the event we went to Karratha for. Only bonus was the staff provided good service when concerns were raised. We were provided with a refund and I feel for the manager having to be the face of a run down facility. Could not fault his service and professionalism. Appreciated the staffs help. Overall, the place should be closed and renovated.
