「Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

「First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality. Now for the not so good news. The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional. 「Hotel is good but a little further away from the lonavala city but quite peaceful. It was just two months old so lot of work on the exterior and a few on the interior was still undergoing. We had stayed for two nights and had enjoyed it quite muc」

「Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately...
