"My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. "I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything ..."
