"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"The staff at this hotel is amazing! Everyone is so nice and go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean and have all you need, and the hotel is two blocks away from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. The only ‘issue’ we found was the timing of room cleaning where times were not consistent and often were in the room when they arrived. but they were great in replenishing towels and did a good clean. Great and quiet location (an uphill walk never hurt anybody) and room had everything you could need. Steal of a price"
