"I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice.
No wifi
TV that only allows playback via devices
Made for very lonely evenings.
Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day.
Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....

"Clean room with a new big bathroom. The pool was big and the garden is very nice. I don’t know why some reviewers write that its dirty, wasn’t our experience at all. Maybe other rooms are different but ours was very clean and excellent value for the Price."
