Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. 」

「CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy. Refrigerator was in poor working order. Fixtures were poorly installed. PROS: Location was convenient to amenities and places of interest. Would not rebook however.」
