Avoid This Place
Apartment being operated by Housing Management Body. Having hard time finding the unit even only few minutes walk from nearest train station. Studio unit apartment that being modified into 2 Bedrooms. Not suitable for more than 2 people as only 1 common bathroom toilet is available. No space for storing own stuff as Owner made all cabinets and fixtures for their own storage. not more than a Store Room instead claimed as 3 Stars Apartment!! Freezer Compartment of the Refrigerator being full loaded with sticking smell meat product! Beware of fake advertisement for this apartment.

Hotel is nice but toilet needs to improve with a butt spray since its unable to throw tissues into toilet bowl.

Not bad for the price. But not so nice.
The view from the 28th floor at night is good. During the day the view is mostly the building under construction across the street. Not many restaurants or night life nearby. The bathroom is too small, and the plastic portable bath tub is too small to use, and too big to avoid when taking a shower. If you shower, the water runs past the sink and toilet, so you have a wet floor all the time.

Great Location in downtown Kaohsiung
Walking distance within 2 to 10 mins between Sanduo, 85 Sky Tower, Lovss, Sanduo Soho and Night Market. Metro station is just 2 mins away and 2 Family Mart is just downstairs. Every good location.

As this is a non-serviced apartment beside someone comes to pick-up the rubbish daily, we found baby roaches in the hall when we return at night. One of the aircon actually 'ice-up' on one of the night in the master bedroom!! Given a choice, I will probably not return to the same apartment again.

2 nights stay in this hotel is pleasantly good. There is washing machine available and a microwave oven but, the oven is pretty dirty and we dare not use. Other than that, everything is fine. Despite these is house keeping everyday but doubt they sweep the floor as the same plastic rubbish on the floor remains. LOLS. Nevertheless, this is an affordable and good hotel as compared to the one in Kenting (Formost Hotel - one of the worst nightmare). The staffs are nice and friendly with good service.

Room is comfortable and spacious. WiFi good. Close to MRT and shopping centres. But hotel, no easy to find, no signboard. Happen to find by asking around and met someone related to the apartment. Cumin Island only place worth visiting if you like seafood. Don't waste your time to Lotus Pond unless you like visiting temples. Areena shopping n night market worth visiting. Use MRT to move around

i and my friend stay in a room at level 34. The view is amazing. we can see the city view and the sunset of Kaoshiung at Ai He Qiao. the room overall is tidy and clean. very comfortable for stay. the staff are very friendly and explain everything to tourist who first time visit Taiwan/Kaoshiung.

Different standard of 3-star compare to europe
This apartment has 3-star rating but it seems this rating in taiwan or asia is a lower standard of rating compare to europe 3-star hotel ratings. It is not clean & the whole place has many worn out edges, wear & tear, not well cleaned & not well maintain decorations eg a big broken vase as part of the whole place decoration. Most reviews praised this apartment too well, too good. Probably they were given better apartments than mine. Though the apartment decoration may appeal to most ladies but not guys. It may be too girlish. There are 3 of us staying there for 5 days but very often the complimentary toothbrushes, shower caps & other stuff are only for 2 person. When I book this apartment, it stated microwave as part of the facilities but it was not there. I have to request from the reception staff, then an old microwave was sent to my apartment. I also requested for 2 more blankets but only one was given to me. It stated premium beddings in this apartment description but it is actually old thick cartoon printed blankets. The reception staff are ok. Overall, it is cheap rent but one can't be fussy & have to bear with the old, wear & tear, not maintained, not well cleaned & worn out edges of the whole apartment.

The bedding was not clean eough. The check-out time is too early at 11am. Besides, the location of the hotel is great and convenience. You just walk about 5 minutes from KRTC to hotel. The scenery from my room is good as it located at 28th floor. I can see the Kaohsiung exhibition centre and the seaport.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Sanduo Shopping District Station, making it easily accessible. We traveled in a family of 4 adults, so we stayed in a quadruple room (1 double bed + 2 roll-away beds). We were greeted by a very friendly staff who took us to our room and gave us some local traveling tips. Washing machine is available at the balcony. We only had to buy laundry detergent. Housekeeping was done every day - making our beds, changing used towels to clean ones, and replenishing toiletries. It did not include floor cleaning though. Room service is available if you would like to eat in your room. Just make a call to the eatery nearby and they will deliver to your room. Menu includes sandwiches, noodles, etc. The balcony of our room has a great view of the city at night! Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel :)

This B&B is located in a residential building like most of B&B in Taiwan. Their rooms are on different floors. Each room has different decoration so you may not like the room you are allocated to if you don't like the deco. We happened to get one we really hated. It might be just because we arrived in the evening and the room's colour was pretty dark and there was not enough lighting so the room looked really terrible. We were afraid the B&B would refuse our request to swap for another room. So we made up a story. But the staff were really helpful to get us another one. I felt really bad about making up a story.

A very nice room made me feel like home
The room and facilities are clean and like home. I have been to many 5-stars hotels, which are grand but not making me feel comfortable nor relaxed. This accomodation is great. It has washing machine for me to wash my clothes during the trip. It has a very nice terrace which has a good sight on Kaohsiung. A nice self bar for me to prepare coffee. I'd say this accomodation is great. The staff also helped me to prepare a map of sites to visit with transportation recommendation, according to my travelling plan. And also helped to find me good place to buy coffee, because I asked. I'm a coffee lover. The staff was so nice and sincere!

Very homely and cozy room.
Good location within 10 mins walking distance from San Duo KMRT station. They do not provide breakfast but they have breakfast delivery service upon ordering.breakfast menu available inside every rooms. I found out that they have many different themed rooms. The one I have stayed is vintage themed with balcony facing the city view. Night view and day view was amazing when you relax at the balcony. Thinking of wearing back your worn clothes again? They do provide washing machine in every rooms! Highly recommended when you are travelling with family or couple.

這次住雙人房，每間房都有陽台同時有海市景，景觀不錯。房間空間充足，佈置也很用心，整體非常滿意，除了冷氣不是非常冷以外，但就7月夏季也足夠了。代客小姐很貼心的介紹房內設施及窗外景色，也熱心推薦合適的遊玩地點。民宿老闆娘也很好溝通，雖然因小孩有加床，但不算人頭也沒有多收費，謝謝家家提供這麼優質的住宿

Each Family is awesome!! The staff is friendly and really helpful, especially Chris. Ask for Chris. He was able to help me with directions and even suggested new places for me to go. His recommendations were spot on. Especially the cute local breakfast place across the street, the sandwiches and milk tea there were delicious. Also, Each Family is very convenient, the MRT is about a 3 minute walk. There is a bank around the corner so you can exchange your cash. There is also a Family Mart right down the street for all your 24 hour needs.

三越、そごうなど百貨店があります、ホテルのそばにファミリーマートあり。朝食用に近所の飲食店で使える50元サービス券いただきました。日本語メニューあり、美味しかったです。バスタブなしで、居住者区分もあるマンションでしたが、専用キーでセキュリティは安心です。

少し古いマンションの一室を利用したアパートメントホテル。 チェックインが分かりにくく、駅方面から来て正面の管理室とファミマを過ぎて左折し更に玄関を過ぎで吹き抜けのようなスペースを左手に入ると受付窓口あり。 部屋は高層階でキレイにリノベーションしてあり快適。 チェックアウトが早朝の場合はキーを1階玄関にある指定のポストに入れるよう指示あり。 管理人さんも受付の人も親切でした。
