I went to a music festival amd the hotel was close to the festival. The hotel was ok, what it was bad is thst i paid for a room with a view and got a toom without windows because they said they were full, but then why sell a room with a view if they don't have it available...

The room is clean but old. Many facilities are very old, especially for air-conditioner, fridge and television. Air-con kept on lowering the temperature, luckily we stayed there in winter, it is still okay not to turn on the air-con. But the bathroom is tidy and the water pressure is also very okay. Also, staffs are very nice and friendly, the nearby environment is convenient for traveling and food as well.

Unpleasant but comfortable room to sleep

My first hotel stay that rejected our request when we needed help for food delivery service as they only accepts local number. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude as well. Probably not going to return.

雙人房間很髒

入住時間蠻晚了也因為不是為了旅遊而住宿的，本來想說一入門就一直有灰塵感而不悅就算了，但在休息一段時間後拿出外食剛吃而已，就看到小蟑螂還不間斷地一直出現還不止一隻，驚慌下雖然很想反應,但礙於時間已經超過12點，也擔心沒有其他房間而作罷，但我認真覺得房間衛浴環境都沒有很乾淨實在不OK

自主辦理入住，但還是會有櫃檯人員在旁協助，櫃檯服務人員都很好，進入房間時發現一些邊邊角角沒有擦拭所以會有灰塵，接著最誇張的事情來了，冰箱打開有一瓶沒有喝過的鋁箔包飲料，打給櫃檯確認不是他們附贈的，那就表示打掃人員沒有落實工作

很幸運，四天的住宿選擇這裡，房間很乾淨，窗外就是愛河畔，員工服務親切，早餐更是棒，飯店地點距離知名景點都很近，米其林推薦美食走路就到，除了房間稍小沒啥缺點，很愉快的住宿體驗
