「The staff were decent and I liked the chalet like rooms for number of people we had in the group. Each chalet had a king bed and a twin bed. That part was great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest nor the towels. The hot water took an hour to come through the shower and one of the rooms wouldn’t drain water (they did accommodate to shower in another room). They have breakfast included it’s a meh. Unconventionally their check in time is at 11AM and checkout is at 11 AM. I asked if I can get a late...

「The reservation booked through Hotels.com was not found at the property. I just asked them to give me a room for a separate payment to avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. The hotel looks good but service was terrible. No hot water, none/limited options for dining or breakfast. No other restaurants close by. TV didn’t work/only Tamil channels.」

「We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required.
