「This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it. The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.」

「Bien que Expedia a confirmé ma réservation, l'hôtel n'en avait aucune trace. Heureusement il y avait une chambre disponible et la dame a pu nous héberger. Grande chambre propre. L'absence de réfrigérateur est à déplorer. Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits sur la route de Valladollid.」

「Lety and Caesar, the owners, were wonderful hosts! Our bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed. We had an issue with our car and Lety called a mechanic for us. The homemade breakfast served outdoors under the palapa was amazing! Lety even shared her lemongrass tea she had brewed that morning. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Lovely stay!!」

「It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was clean brand new, and the staff was very attentive.」

「It was a really pretty little place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside- but once you go in it’s actually pretty spacious and nice. The room was spacious and had a wooden shutter on the door that was pretty cool. There were two cats hanging out in there- a white and black one. Both very cute, very sweet. Say hello to them if you go! :) Wash your hands after though :) Very nice staff- patient with english speakers. :)」

「El hotel es un sueño! Las habitaciones son muy confortables, limpias y suficientemente amplias. Me dieron un ascenso a una suite con alberca propia y la disfruté mucho. Todas las mañanas dieron servicio de café y galletas, que fue un gran detalle. Las actividades son completa, los cenotes están increíbles!pero lo que hace este viaje completo fue el staff, todos son muy amables y serviciales. Espero regresar muy pronto! 」

「La limpieza de la alberca fue buena, todos los días que estuve había un señor dándole mantenimiento y limpieza, las áreas verdes muy bien cuidadas, pero hay varias áreas de oportunidad por ejemplo la cocina común parecía que no la han limpiado en años 」

「The property is beautiful and in a perfect location next to all the sites you want to see. The pool area is gorgeous, with beautiful Yucatanian hammocks. However, the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The amenities simply do not exist. For example, no coffee in the room and no big pot of coffee in the lobbly. No refrigerator either, which would have been nice. Worst of all, the staff was extremely uptight and unhelpful. To the point of being really mean and interfering with our...
