"The hotel is pricey considering its size and location. We do not quite enjoy our stay here for the following reasons: 1) room is so small, it can only fit one large luggage 2) nearest train station is 500m away 3) not near main shopping street 4) hotel is old 5) bed is uncomfortable with only one miserable pillow 6) staff is not attentive 7) self check in machines are slow and not working well 8) room is not clean as we have items left by previous guests on the table We are unlikely to stay here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."
