"5th floor near ice machine. Couldn’t tell whether noise from nearby highway or ice machine. It was loud. No glasses in bathroom no regular coffee. Nice staff. Clean place."

"The staff were very friendly and help. The room was clean and very quiet. Did not hear doors slamming closed or people walking by talking. The breakfast was good; the food was a little on the cold side but still good. The bar nice vibe, drinks were more ice, soda and juice thank anything, I believe for the price that was paid for the drink it was not worth it"

"Property was clean. There is a lot of construction in the area but it wasn’t a problem. Can’t wait to return to see the upgrades completed. The restaurant is very convenient after a long day and food was good. "

"I did a 10-day trip in the region, staying in 5 hotels. This was the best (but not the most expensive) by far. Solid doors make for a quiet room. Black-out blinds provided darkness, allowing peaceful sleep after a tough day of travel. Spacious lobby. Breakfast - ample selection and all tasty. Staff was professional and courteous. On the map it looked a little far from things downtown. Not to worry; it's ~4 blocks from the streetcar, which takes you all over town. This is my first choice if I return. "

"While the property is nice, they should not advertise there is a complimentary local shuttle. We were counting on a shuttle to a concert at T Mobile center. I am handicapped and can not walk that far. This is the second time I have booked this property only to find out there was no shuttle available again. I think I’ve learned my lesson!"
