Bathrooms were disgusting. Literal black gunk in all corners, no water pressure, STINKS, oh thry advertis a hot tub but there is not, and the pool is slimy.

I had to be reassigned to a different room 3 times upon arrival due to room conditions. Then I couldn’t open the curtains to the window because I was on the first floor and the windows had little to no tint .

For being one of the cheaper hotels around the KC airport, you get what you pay for. The hall had a piece of paper slapped to the wall to let us know our room number. The property was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several days, and the whole place smelled musty. The room was somehow even dirtier, with stains on the walls and furniture. The bathroom had broken ceiling tiles and the shower handle would just come off by trying to turn it. On top of all of the cleanliness issues, there were children screaming through the halls late into the night. Then at 830AM, the fire alarms went off for 20 minutes with zero explanation or concern from the staff. Recommendation: Spend the extra 10 dollars a night to not slum it in this property.

The staff was okay but the room was so dirty and the property it's old and the furniture is very demage, hand prints everywhere, dusty, overall for the price I paid $ 191 I'm very sure Ican fine something else way better than that

The heat didn't work in the room, so it was cold. The water would only get sort of warm, but not hot enough for a decent shower. The hotel room looked fairly nice and clean, but the room itself was very small. The hotel building, inside and out, looks old, dirty, outdated and like repairs were not done by a professional. I stepped over the same piece of cookie that someone dropped on central lobby staircase for over 3 days. Most things, were of the cheapest quality possible, such as the breakfast, coffee, shampoo, soap, etc. Not an enjoyable stay and moved to the hotel down the road.

the staff was very friendly and helpful however there was not a single mention that it was a Wyndham in progress and still under construction from a sure stay inn. my bathroom had a tub faucet that was coming out of the wall. it wasn't the worst hotel just having some heads up would've been nice.

Guest in room close to us we’re fighting all night, (threatening to kill each other, knock each other out, running down halls, screaming, etc). Sheets were also dirty, when we told management the first thing next morning he ridiculed us for not speaking up sooner and offered no resolution. Will not be staying here again.

This place is not recommended by me and never will be. My husband and I stayed one night. Check in was quick and easy, the pics online are out dated. There is no hot tub, it was filled in. The room was very very very cold. We could not adjust the thermostat. Our room was 58° when we woke up the next morning. Kansas City in mid December is COLD, having a freezing room does not provide comfort or warm whatsoever. It got so cold in the middle of the night that we were layering clothes and using toe/hand warmers that we luckily brought to use at the Chiefs game the following day. We had to go to our vehicle to get warmth in the middle of the night. It was very loud. Our room overlooked the pool area. This hotel is ran by Arabs and they seemed to use this hotel as a hot spot for parties. They kept us up all night due to loudness by hotel staff and being drunk in the pool area after “pool hours” . The elevator was very stretchy so we chose to lug out. Baggage up and down the stairs. Don’t stay here, pay the extra $ to stay at the comfort inn up the street.

This was not a Wyndam standards property. Walk in and they had to find someone that could speak some English. The kid had a hoodie and was in flip flops and looked disheveled. A good hotel or motel will have a staff that is appropriately dressed and can speak fluent English when in the US
