"The whole hotel was under construction. We were not told about this while making the reservation. The fitness room was closed the entire stay (we were there 3 nights). The room never had house keeping service. We could hear EVERY step they people above us took. The fridge froze all of our drinks & my energy drink even exploded omside of it. "

"No refunds, if you can't make it.I had a work the night.I booked it for and lost seventy five dollars.It was an accident, and I still couldn't get a refund"

"The pool was supposed to be heated but was really cold. Although the kids didn’t mind there wasn’t a hot tub for adults and it was far too cold for me and seemed like the other parents around me. The shower was extremely disappointing as well, the water never got hot. At best it was warm. We ate at landshark for dinner and the food was “okay.” I guess I just had higher expectations. For $100 more a night kids would’ve had a better time at Great Wolf Lodge."
