"Every staff memember we interacted with was great and very friendly! The rooms were very clean upon arrival, and you could tell they were upkept regularly. The amenities were also kept very tidy. Highlights from our stay included the convenient for purchase consumables in the lobby and easy access to the parking lot and elevator!"

"Great location and a good place to stay. Parking options are available across the street for free (weekends), or on property for considerable cost per night. The hotel was clean, but some of the fixtures are showing some age. The fitness room was very small, but the hotel did offer complimentary day pass to a local fitness facility across town. Overall, it was a good stay worth the price we paid."

"The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price to encounter that mess upon arrival. This property needs attention in this area."

"This place is fine. It is next to a major highway, so it's convenient. The room was clean, though the air conditioner was very loud and rattling. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. By 7:45am most of the food was gone. No fruit was left. Coffee was empty. A group of people waiting around for a new batch of eggs, which when they came out were a little soupy and just unappetizing. I booked through expedia and paid there. Even though I was not there with a pet, they still charged my card a $100 damage deposit that I had to sign for."
