"The hotel is located in a very convenient little location.The service is excellent, registration and check out is fast. The hotel is clean and very quiet at night."

"Hotel was very nice. Large indoor pool, went swimming the day of check in. Unfortunately it didn’t open till 10am so missed the opportunity to swim on check out day. Room was large with lots of beds, all very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good, a bit pricy but the food selection made it worth it. The dinner buffet was out of my price range at $75 CND so can’t comment on that. There is a nice coffee shop also near the lobby. Overall a very nice hotel, would stay there again."

"The staff were attentive and the room was clean, though some of the furnishings were a little past prime. There was also no change machine in the laundry room, which I found rather odd, though they will do your laundry for you if you get it in on time."

"員工態度有善親切。早餐雖不是太多款式，但味道不錯。 徒步5分鐘就可行到最近的迪士尼monorail 站， 酒店也有shuttle 直達迪士尼車站。 有機場巴士直達酒店。大堂有YAMATO 黑貓 counter, 可安排行李運送。 設有24小時Lawson ，由迪士尼回來要補充食物也非常方便。 下次也可考慮再入住。 "

"Very convenient location. It was tricky to find initially as the entrance is tucked in the corner behind the check in counters on the departure level (3F) in terminal 3. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the terminal. For travellers arriving from train, the terminal 3 stop is before terminal 1/2. Free shuttle bus between terminals or you can pay for a quicker ride on the train or monorail (easy access from 3F). I booked a superior room with 2 beds, like so many hotels in Japan it is small. Nice bathroom with separate space for bath. "
