「The room was clean the staff respond really fast when you need help it is family friendly the only issue I had was the tv I plugged it in but it said I need like an update and wasn’t working but that was the only issue that I had but over all very nice looking apartment」

「Viele kleine Sachen haben nicht funktioniert. Zum Beispiel passen die Kaffeetassen nicht in die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt keinen Schrank, und keinen Ort/Fläche wo man Kleidung ablegen kann. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist sehr eng und mit Staubsauger und anderem Zeugs voll gestellt so dass man mit dem Koffer gar nicht durchkommt. Die Kommunikation war schlecht: man konnte die Räume nicht abdunkeln. Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant und die Leute können direkt ins Fenster schauen man hat keine...

「As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite.
