"Very good hotel for families. The lagoon and little waterpark are amazing. Water slides are so fun. Good restaurant next to swimming pool. Good grills restaurant in-front of hotel main door. Big Reception with complementary juice, coffee, tea & water. Nice nearby cafe with breathtaking views to sunset and forest. Rooms are ok, nice balconies and good option to have Half Board (breakfast and early dinner). Very recommended"
"Overall, great hotel if you are looking to stay away from Istanbul and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Nice swimming pool, nice location and great for couples and families. Our biggest issue have been the availability of things and understanding of the staff.
Example:- breakfast missing fruits, staff are not attentive.
Lunch, menu doesn’t have everything
Staff tender to be running around but unsure what they are doing.
The hotel lack good management team to make sure their staff are supported and can do the work correctly.
If you are ok to manage your own affairs and happy to get up and pick a spot or wait a while to get a towel for the swimming pool and possibly skip a burger for lunch because they don’t have it and settle for something else “at a cost” then the hotel is nice and good option for a relaxing few days outside Istanbul.
Please also note, this is not really in Istanbul and you need either a car, taxi or a bus to visit down town. If you hire a car, tolls to go back and forth are rather expensive and will add up. So only consider this hotel if you don’t want to go down town every day!"
"We had a wonderful experience here. From check-in to checkout, the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities were perfect—cool AC for sleeping and great hot water for showers. Will definitely come back!
The good reviews were helpful!"
"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Very little English ( we have little Turkish 😃) but we managed fine with google translate. Unit is above the restaurant and very cute. Main shower rose didn’t work ( hand held shower did) and the shower was missing a door but just ok for a bathroom. Unit had a great balcony though looking over the bay and a magnificent view when the sun is out. Hotel positioned in probably the best little esplanade of restaurants and beach in the whole area. The whole area though of Kerpe, Kefken, Cebeci is pretty run down and appears in rapid decline. Perhaps a destination during the summer for locals but not international travellers, unless passing though to other parts east."
