Overall, property conditions were rather dated and in need of renovation. However, its location by the river is a plus.

It was a lovely stay. There was a lot of noise each night which was a bit challenging for sleep but it was happy sounds - weddings and parties. The people were lively and the views beautiful.

The staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Name, Khun Chot and Khun Gib were very informative, and went out of their ways trying to make us feel more comfortable while staying at the hotel. We are very impressed with their small but well run hotel. We stayed at a top floor and view is much better. We love it and will come back any time.

Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and restaurant. Clean room with very soft and comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a bargain, and the cooked options looked good, although I’d have liked more fresh fruit and less bitter coffee. Pool water was clean but the area around was a bit tatty and in need of renovation.

Great little well maintained hotel Close to bridge

Great very good room. . Gardens kept nice so Beautiful area to look over to see the river that flows past. Staff was very pleasant & helpfull especially chot as because i got there very early he was managing the front desk reception but took time out to get my room made up 1st after previous occupants left 12.00 midday. Food in the Devonport cafe was good. Brilliant vibe that also has entertainment on some evenings. Convenience to main street where there a few pubs, but even better if you wanting to see the bridge.

Accomodatie op zich wel schoon en mooi gelege. maar erg veel mieren ( 3e verdieping!!) Uitleg betreffende ontbijt onduidelijk wat misverstanden gaf. Ze probeerden dat goed te maken door n voucher te geven met korting op n paar drankjes, waar je weinig mee op schiet als je maar een nacht blijft en je toch weer eerst geld moet uitgeven om.aan je zogenaamde korting te komen

Small, very basic rooms

Lovely balcony overlooking the river but that's about it. The room was very small with no furnishings other than a shelf. The paint was peeling off the floor and would stick to the soles of our feet. No hot water in the shower either. I would class this as a budget hotel.

The hotel has a very good location, located right in front of the river if you are looking for a retreat place this hotel couldn't be better. the room is quite cozy and well-equipped. The staff were helpful, they help me a lot during the time I stay here 'cause I'm a foreigner here. There is a famous bridge nearby which is walking distance.

朝食時間が7時からと遅い時間だったので、翌朝の出発時刻に間に合わず、ランチボックスにしてチェックアウト時に渡してくれました。 部屋の内装は、ネットの写真と大違いで決して綺麗ではありませんでした。ただ寝るだけなら良いと思います。

The location is great, accessible to the famous river Kwai have a good view, breakfast place is amazing it's also at the river. Room cleanliness needs to be improved especially in the shower room. Unfortunately we found gecko inside our room as for someone who are afraid of gecko it is not pleasing to stay if you found one of them in your room, please try to eliminate this problem as for my wife is taking this point seriously even though other things are perfect. The staffs are friendly and good hospitality. As for Muslims the chickens or meats or meatballs etc. are not halal but we still can eat fried rice with fried egg as well as salads which contain no meats or pork.
