The place is comfortable, clean and nice. However, we were disappointed after long drive of over 5 hours to find out that we had no room for us ( on the first of the two nights we booked) upon our arrival even though we had paid and received confirmation of our booking. The hotel's boss tried to make arrangement at a substitute guest accommodation for our first night. After much time wasted and discussion, we had no choice but took the substituted room at the other guest house worth only half price of what we had paid for. The frustration was that Hotels.com agent couldn't be reached due to being closed for Holiday and both our booked hotel and the substituted guest house did not want to bear the difference in the price of the room we chose to take at the substituted room, hence we had to take the lower price room so that we wouldn't have to pay extra out of our pocket. This is the first time we encountered this problem with our prepaid room. The problem is we as customers, had to suffer the consequences through this entire process even though it was not our mistake! Hope they will do better from this incident!
