おもてなしの心が、全てのスタッフの笑顔とサポートに 満ちているのが感じられました。このレベルを維持するのは、凄い事だと思いました。世界に自慢すべき加賀百万石の歴史街金沢と同様に、観光を支えるホテルスタッフの高いホスピタリティが、魅力的な東急ホテルさん。兼六園にも香林坊にも近い立地も最高ですし、また訪れたい、と 強く思わせてくれました。完璧なホテルでした。
