It was a nice capsule hotel. Clean, comfortable, many showers, the lockers are located with the showers. If you have big luggage you can store it in the first floor. Conveniently located and kind staff. All nice.

Good Capsule Hotel!

This Capsule Hotel is in a good location. Lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The building and capsule were very clean, staff was friendly and the Laundromat inside the Hotel was very convenient. Only downside was that if you have a multiple night reservation you still have to leave the Hotel everyday from 1000-1400. Other than that I reccomend this Capsule Hotel!

Amazing location. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. No shoes allowed - tatami mats - slippers provided for bathrooms and lounge area. Very convenient location. Right by Omicho market, a large mall w food market underground, walking distance to all the main attractions and Lawson 7-11 right around the corner. Great place to stay. Very comfortable. Note the locker size is small. I was able to fit a 45L backpack and day bag no problem but it won’t work if you have a suitcase.

Things I didn't like: - beds are rather hard - pillows are VERY unsupportive (good if you are a back sleeper, not so much if sleep on your side) - the bathroom and the pods were a little dusty - ALOT of rules - staff wasn't too knowledgeable of the area besides major places, such as the castle Things I did like: - location is great. It's just down the street from a market and a major bus stop. - the public area where you eat felt nice to be in and was a very social spot - The showers were private and have a space between the rest of the bathroom and the shower to change clothes - Bathroom, besides the dust, were quite nice. - They have a place to do coin laundry

Ended up checking out early before even staying a night. The photos make the place look a lot better than it is. The smell of cigarettes is very strong throughout the entire hotel (not just the lobby). The smell just permeated everything. The lockers provided for storage are extremely narrow, only a basic backpack would fit and not a normal carry on size. There is no secure storage for medium to larger cases, and there is very limited space to keep these even without security so everyone just had their stuff kind of everywhere. Security, safety and cleanliness are my non-negotiables and unfortunately this hotel did not meet expectations on arrival.

It was decent. There is no 24/7 desk. Arrived early to drop of bags as they said they would take them. But the property was locked up until 3pm and lost a couple hours waiting.

Very clean bathroom and capsules. Side note they do cleaning from 10am-2pm. So you can't check in until 2. Mattress was thin but can pad it up with blankets. Overall very clean and surprising quiet.

After 3 years of solo traveling and countless hostels, Kanazawa Capsule Hotel Musashimachi is by far the MOST CLEANEST. I still like to see them provide disposable (like their capsule hotel in Nagoya) slippers because not all guest abide by the no outside shoes rule. Daily fresh towels and cotton blend pajamas is great (I did not like the polyester blend PJ provided in their Nagoya hotel). Disposable toothbrush and toothpaste is a plus. I was there early November. The room temperature is WAY TOO HOT. So many people in the same room with very little fresh air. I understand people comes from different parts of the world. One mans hot is another mans cold. Please address the stuffy lack of fresh air and high heat problem. All parts of the building is roomy and clean.
