I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The biggest letdown was the gym. The machines are very old, many barely work, and some are rusty. Room is spacious and room service calls were attended promptly. Thank you. Buffet breakfast is RM35. Salad not fresh. Nice to have a gym. One machine out of order and dumbbells have missing piece. It was locked even though was operating hours. Had to call personnel to unlock.
